After 30+ years leading in healthcare, I realized my own life was falling out of balance. At 55, I asked myself: Am I really living my best life? That question changed everything.

My first client was me. I lost 35 pounds, found joy in movement again, and reconnected with faith, family, and the simple things that make life rewarding for me and, in turn impacting those I love.

Now I coach the way I live: sleeves rolled up, practical, and personal. It’s not my plan. It’s yours! And that’s why it works.
