For over 30 years, I led in healthcare. Thousands of employees. Billions in revenue. Big mission, big responsibility. I loved it, but somewhere in the climb I lost balance. At 55, I had to stop and ask the questions I’d been running from. Was I really healthy? Was I showing up for myself and my family? Was I living the life with purpose as God put in front of me? 

That gut check turned me into my own first client. I dropped 35 pounds, reconnected with my faith, found joy again, and my true purpose-self! Now I coach the way I live. Sleeves rolled up. Faith at the center. Small steps that last. My role is simple: listen first, then walk with you as you reclaim your energy, your balance, your joy.
